Services Provided

ARC Building Solutions provides cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. The scope of services will be defined in individual contracts agreed upon between ARC Building Solutions and the client. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.

Booking and Cancellations

• Booking:
  To schedule our services, you may contact us through our website, email, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations:
  Clients may cancel or reschedule their service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

Pricing and Payments

• Quotes: All prices are subject to individual quotes based on the client’s specific needs. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. ARC Building Solutions reserves the right to charge late fees for payments not made within the agreed time frame.
• Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as stated at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

• Access to Premises:
  The client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Preparation:
  Clients are requested to secure valuable items and remove any obstacles that may hinder the cleaning process.

ARC Building Solutions Responsibilities

• Quality of Service: We strive to provide a high standard of cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.
• Insurance: ARC Building Solutions is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the client’s property.

Liability

ARC Building Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided written notice is given. Any services rendered before termination will be billed accordingly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
